Introduction: Congenital hyperinsulinism (CHI) is a disesase of severe hypoglycaemia, often due to in mutations in ABCC8/KCNJ11. Sirolimus, an mTOR inhibitor, has been reported to be successful in CHI patients, but the evidence is limited.
